I created The Confident Woman Experience™ because I know exactly what it feels like to have something powerful to say — but not feel fully able to express it.
I’ve met (and been) the woman who is brilliant, capable, strategic…
and still hesitates when it’s time to speak up, take space, or let her voice be heard.
I’ve watched talented women play small in rooms where their ideas deserved the spotlight.
And I’ve witnessed the transformation that happens when a woman finally steps into her voice — the ripple effect it creates in her confidence, her career, her relationships, and the impact she makes.
This work is personal to me.
It comes from years of experience, inner growth, failures, breakthroughs, and a deep commitment to helping women own their presence and lead from authenticity instead of fear.

What I teach is not theoretical.
It’s the result of years of training, evidence-based methods, and real-world leadership experience.
Management Consultant — Leading Teams & Influencing Rooms
Before stepping fully into coaching and speaking, I worked for years as a management consultant.
In that world, I had to:
• lead international teams
• communicate clearly under pressure
• negotiate with executives
• create opportunities and solutions
• present ideas with confidence
• speak up even when it was uncomfortable
I learned firsthand how essential presence, clarity, and confidence are for women in leadership — and how quickly they shape perception and opportunity.

As a keynote speaker, I’ve learned how to use voice, storytelling, and presence to influence, inspire, and move people.
Acting & Embodiment Training
A two-year acting education taught me how the body, breath, voice, and emotions shape presence — and how to help women express themselves fully.

Understanding the nervous system, pressure responses, and confidence-building allows me to teach communication from the inside out.

With coaching training and RTT, I support women in releasing the beliefs and patterns that keep them small — so they can finally step forward.
